Services Dashboard for AI Ops is an enterprise SaaS platform built to streamline every aspect of running an AI services business. The system captures inbound leads from website forms, triggers automated acknowledgment emails within minutes, and feeds prospects into a cadence engine that orchestrates multi-step follow-up sequences across email, calls, and meetings. Sales managers get real-time pipeline visibility with drag-and-drop deal boards, activity heatmaps, and KPI dashboards powered by ApexCharts.
Beyond sales, the platform automates proposal generation using GPT-4o-mini to draft client-ready documents from deal context and templates, with a rich-text Tiptap editor for final polish. The invoicing module handles recurring billing schedules (monthly, quarterly, yearly), multi-type invoices (standard, prepayment, final), VAT calculations with EU reverse-charge support, and generates professional PDFs in both English and Latvian. Role-based access control ensures sales reps see only their deals while managers and admins have full oversight.

Our research phase began by auditing the client's existing workflow: leads arrived via email and web forms but were tracked manually in spreadsheets, proposals were written from scratch each time in Google Docs, and invoices were generated one-by-one in a legacy tool that only supported a single language. We mapped every touchpoint and discovered that sales reps spent 40% of their time on administrative tasks rather than selling.
We evaluated multiple tech stacks and selected SvelteKit 5 with Svelte 5 runes for its reactivity and SSR capabilities, PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM for complex relational data, and Bun runtime for superior performance. For background automation, we chose Trigger.dev to handle scheduled cadence actions and email workflows. The AI proposal engine was built on OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini with vector embeddings (pgvector) for semantic search across past proposals and deal context.
