1. Agreement to Terms

PawBytes sells digital products including AI marketing playbooks, workflow templates, guides, and other downloadable resources ("Products"). All Products are provided in digital format (PDF, Markdown, or similar formats) and are not physical goods.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Payment Processors

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Depending on your location and selected payment method:

• Global payments are processed by Polar.
• Indonesian payments (QRIS) are processed by Pakasir.

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Payment transactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase (USD for global, IDR for Indonesia). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices for already purchased Products will not be retroactively adjusted.

3.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the digital delivery has been made. Please review Product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. License and Usage Rights
